La ADC SAN FERMÍN seguirá gestionando sus instalaciones durante los próximos cuatro años

El Boletín Oficial del Ayuntamiento de Madrid ha publicado la resolución por la que se otorga a la ADC SAN FERMÍN la concesión de sus instalaciones de cara a los próximos cuatro años (2023-2027). La comisión de valoración ha calificado como muy completo y realista, el dossier de más 400 páginas que presentó el club.

Las instalaciones que gestionará el club en los próximos cuatro años son las siguientes:campo de fútbol-11 de hierba artificial, campo de fútbol-11 de tierra, campo de fútbol-7 de tierra, cuarto de lavandería, oficina, sala polivalente, aseos públicos, cuarto de limpieza, cuarto de instalaciones, hall de vestuarios, graderio exterior y vestuarios.

El presidente del club, Andrés Navarro, considera que se trata “de un punto de inflexión, determinante de cara al futuro del San Fermín. En otoño comenzarán las obras de los nuevos campos de hierba artificial, la concesión nos va a dar mucha seguridad a la vez que nos permitirá afianzar y mejorar nuestro proyecto”.

El dossier que presentó el club fue elaborado por todas las áreas de la Junta Directiva, que trabajaron de forma transversal siguiendo las directrices marcadas por el presidente. Una vez cerrada la concesión de las instalaciones, el club pedirá que agilice el proyecto de construcción del “kiosko-bar” que fue presentando en otoño del año pasado.

La ADC SAN FERMÍN quiere felicitar a un club amigo, como es el C.D. Alzola-Halcones, que también ha conseguido la concesión de sus instalaciones de cara a los próximos cuatro años.
